Afghanpreciousgeo always attempt to provide high quality precious rocks that are undamaged. There might be chances when rocks may be needed to be returned. Returns are governed by following these Terms and Conditions of according to the company norms.
RETURNS:
We offer you a 7 days Peace of Mind Guarantee on all the products that you purchase from us. To qualify for this, the product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand-new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and genuine reason of any visible defects for refund. Make sure you have not used the product.
Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back. In-case of rocks, the product should be in the sealed condition. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it is in original condition and then issue either a refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Total 10% Transaction charges are deducted, and your money will be refunded in within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
You can mail us for your replacement or refund from your same order confirmation mail you have received from our end.
IMPORTANT:
Please inform us within 24 hours if you receive the product damaged or broken. Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 24 hours, we will not be able to process refunds. If you inform us post 24 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for you. (as per the product warranty). Also, the products which are sold in sale are not eligible for returns & refunds.

Received Incorrect or Damaged goods:

Shipping Policy
Unless it requires complex packing to ensure its safe shipping, orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day, provided the order is received by 2 pm Central Time. We ship either UPS or USPS as you specify. Due to the weight and size of some items free shipping for orders over $250 is generated automatically only for the continental United States. The EMS shipping facility varies a lot from country to country and helps to decide the shipping cost that must be charged on the order. The international countries which offer EMS shipping facility will be charged with an extra amount for shipping and are sent via reputed international express service providers, while the ones where EMS shipping is not available, the shipping charge is even more, and may take up to 9 to 12 days for the delivery of the parcel.
